Handmade salt has a long tradition here in Bavaria. It was already being made hundreds of years ago by slowly and gently heating pure natural brine from the depths of the Alps. We draw our Edles Alpensalz Kristall from the boiling pan, just like in olden times, and then let it air-dry. A natural pleasure that has no equal.
Alpensaline Edles Alpensalz Kristall is obtained from pure natural brine in the traditional way and contains no anti-caking agents or additives.

Since I contain neither iodine, fluoride, folic acid nor selenium I do not require a nutrition table.
