Handmade salt has a long tradition here in Bavaria. It was already being made hundreds of years ago by slowly and gently heating pure natural brine from the depths of the Alps. We draw our Edles Alpensalz by hand from the boiling pan, just like in olden times. Then we refine it with typically Bavarian spices. And how does the typical, rustic Bavarian Brotzeit (“bread time”) taste? Wonderfully savory of course! This traditional delicacy will be yours in no time with our Edles Alpensalz Brotzeit – with delicious notes of caraway and paprika.
Alpensaline Alpensalz Brotzeit is a natural salt without anti-caking agents and additives. The typically Bavarian spices are certified organic (DE-ÖKO-006).
