Special things always have a little secret. In this case, it’s the balanced combination of Bad Reichenhaller AlpenJodSalz + Folsäure (folic acid) with fine garlic and selected herbs. The result is no secret: an incomparable taste sensation for crispy salads and Mediterranean dishes.
KnoblauchSalz contains no flavor enhancers, is gluten-free, and is also suitable for vegetarian and vegan cooking.
Evaporated salt, 10% garlic, 5% herbs and spices (parsley, celery, onion, basil, dill, marjoram, bay, rosemary, oregano, thyme), separating agent calcium salts of fatty acids, folic acid, potassium iodate.
