Handmade salt has a long tradition here in Bavaria. It was already being made hundreds of years ago by slowly and gently heating pure natural brine from the depths of the Alps. We draw our Edles Alpensalz by hand from the boiling pan, just like in olden times.Then we add in a slightly hot blend of organic herbs and spices. That makes our salt a culinary highlight for anyone who loves steak and shish-kebabs or veggie burgers and cheeses you can throw right on the grill – and not just in the summer! Getting hungry? Our Edles Alpensalz Steak & Grill is a natural salt without anti-caking agents and additives. The herbs and spices are certified organic (DE-ÖKO-006).
