Good thing that you always have the right choice with our spice mix: our Grobes Alpensalz from pure alpine brine with the refined taste of mustard, coriander, lemon balm, and ginger is simply ideal for fish dishes, seafood, and exotic foods.
The Mühle für Fisch & Scampi contains no flavor enhancers, is gluten-free, and is also suitable for vegetarian and vegan cooking.
Evaporated salt, 50% herbs and spices (mustard, fennel, garlic, dill, coriander, lemon balm, parsley, ginger, chili).
Available in the 42 g refillable mill with ceramic grinder.
