Hand-produced salt is a longstanding tradition here in Bavaria. Centuries ago, it was already being produced by slowly and carefully heating pure natural brine from the depths of the Alps. We produce our “Fleur de Sel der Alpen” by hand, just like in the olden days. Then we refine it with a savory, mildly spicy blend of organic spices and herbs. Our salt is a flavor highlight for anyone who enjoys steak and skewers, veggie burgers and cheese off the grill – and not just in summer, either! Hungry? Time to plan your next barbecue!
Our “Fleur de Sel der Alpen” Steak & Grill organic seasoned salt is a 100 percent natural salt without any anticaking agents or additives. The herbs and spices are certified organically grown (DE-ÖKO-006).
